Every single person is going to be looking out for their own best interests and nothing else, currently any young player who's good enough is best served at Leinster. If Leamy does his job well that continues, if he doesn't he won't get a job at Munster.

Leinster are going to lose good players to Munster, it's a numbers game, but Denis Leamy will need a bigger bargaining chip than a prior working relationship to lure anyone in this overly hypothetical world you're residing in.

I've no issue with Denis Leamy accepting a role with the Leinster academy and don't doubt his professionalism. I've no doubt that he wishes to progress in his career and doesn't view an academy role as the endgame. Whether he achieves that career progression with Leinster or elsewhere, I don't know but Leinster are in the box seat.

Looking forward to the season starting and seeing which up and comers progress quickly into the squad.

Mostly the best available team excluding the guys in Japan. Would definitely pack it to best any of the other teams in the league at the minute (as in the teams right now, not when they get their World Cup players back).

We rotate the Pro14 team heavily even taking into account that first choice players rarely play in the competition excluding knockouts/interpros, loads of guys will get a chance during the World Cup.
