Today I did some market research 
, quiet convenient as I'm between two jobs.
A friend with whom I graduated from high school his uncle is a fruit producer. They have two very nice apple juices and 1 pear juice in their range which I may use for the first batch a cider.
I also fixed my self an industrial bucket from the local bakery with a lit (advice of the good old mighty Pete) and get some yeast tomorrow to try a trial.
