Ireland's international squad is a mixture of leinster and munster, both of whom have a fairly significant Southern Hemisphere contribution.
Munster also play a completely different style of rugby to the international squad so it's no wonder they perform differently.
Also they're missing the phenomenal Stephen Ferris and Tommy Bowe

The rating should go by the average player rating in the starting 22.
So take Leinster for example.(Team from 2012 season):

The rating should also be static, so if O'Driscoll, Harinordoquy or McCaw,etc... is taken out of the squad, the rating should go down!

Leinster have hardly any SH players....??

Ireland are currently not play well together because
A.Our coaches are trying new things out for the World Cup.
B.Our current backs coach, Alan Gaffney, who was Leinster's back coach last year, is awful... Since Leinster have released him, they've started to play some amazing rugby, scoring 4+ tries in almost every h-cup game, as soon as they start to play for Ireland, their crap like they were last year...
and C.Kidney wont select an on form side, ie. the selection of O'Callaghan over Cullen, and O'Leary over Reddan/Stringer etc... (Sexton needs fast ball, which hes not getting from O'Leary).
we're also missing the likes of Lion's tourist Jerry Flannery, Stephen Ferris, Tommy Bowe and Rob Kearney.

I actually do not understand the reasoning behind the Bulls 82 rating and the Crusaders 87 rating. Over the last 5 years the bulls won the super rugby competition 3 times (2007, 2009, 2010) and the Crusaders only 2 times (2006, 2008). Not to mention that the bulls won away from home in 2007 and in 2009 absolutely thrashed the chiefs and then last year beat the stormers quite convincingly in soweto not loftus. For the other teams I would only improve the Stormers, Blues and Brumbies ratings. The rest i think is quite right.

Yes but have a look at where the Bulls ended up in 2008! The Bulls were ascraping in near the bottom of the pilewhile the Crusaders were constantly there or thereabouts throughout these periods (IE take away the horror result for the Bulls in 2008 and they would be miles ahead in 1st place). I worked this out with games won and results and not final achievements, sentiment etc.

i think the 5 star teams should be aus,nz,sa b&i lions babas etc 4 and a half star england,france,ireland,argentina

i dont think hb should make a really bad team. i know they are second bottom of the magners league, but thats because we have had alot of players out injured and have been having to use our young and inexperienced players.
