Some good fixtures on this weekend and will be good to see how some teams will play after a injury ridden Magic Weekend, here the fixtures:

Fri 18 Feb Hull FC v Leeds Rhinos KO 20:00 - Sky Sports

<!-- Normal Round -->Fri 18 Feb Salford City Reds v St. Helens KO 20:00

<!-- Normal Round -->Sat 19 Feb Catalans Dragons v Wakefield Wildcats KO 18:30

<!-- Normal Round -->Sat 19 Feb Castleford Tigers v Huddersfield Giants KO 18:00 - Sky Sports

<!-- Normal Round -->Sun 20 Feb Harlequins RL v Crusaders KO 14:00

<!-- Normal Round -->Sun 20 Feb Warrington Wolves v Hull Kingston Rovers KO 15:00

<!-- Normal Round -->Sun 20 Feb Bradford Bulls v Wigan Warriors KO 15:00

Some good fixtures this weekend, I will be watching the Castleford vs Huddersfield game after they both had good starts to the season and will be keeping my eye on the Salford vs St Helens and Bradford vs Wigan.

So what you guys looking out for?

Crusaders have a great chance of a second win this weekend, playing Quins
Playing away from home was never one of their strongest points, but Quins aren't the strongest team, and I wasn't very impressed with them on the Magic Weekend, so it's a perfect oppurtunity for Crusaders to hit 0pts in the table :p

Catalans vs Wakefield will be a goodun too, at home they have a decent chance against them, but I still see a Wakefield win, unfortunately

Bradford v Wigan will be the game of the weekend, I think

agree about Bulls vs Saints, should be a good'un.

Catalans vs Wakefield could be a bottom of the table decider.

FC vs Leeds should be interesting, and I'd like to see Warrington get going against KR, it's nice to have someone who's not Wigan/ Saints/ Leeds kicking around at the top.

Saints are a bit banged up ahead of tomorrow, we've got 5 out. All should be back within a few weeks but it'll make a tough game at a ground we struggle at even harder.

Salford are without Godwin, who looked pretty "handy" (ho ho ho) against Crusaders - I think if Saints apply the pressure they'll crumble

We've got no props, that's a key area. It'll be a tough, tough game.

Can see this being a good Weekend of games, some strong fixtures. As a St Helens fan i am a bit in the dark how we will do with 5 men out, hopefully we can pick up a win and fight through these injuries.

Crusaders should believe they have the talent to overcome a poor Quins side. The rugby we played last week was simply fantastic, and to be honest we are starting to bring the youth through.

St Helens must have some talent to call upon Dan?

Crusaders should put Quins away. I'm not a Quins fan (largely because I can't quite stomach supporting a team called Harlequins) but I always want them to do well. However, the times I've been to see them, their best players have been Dorn, Orr, McCarthy-Scarsbrook & Will Sharp. All that's left of that group this season is Dorn. Obviously they've got a few other useful players, like Clubb, but in general it's not the sort of teamsheet that's going to worry anyone in Super League.

Recruitment wise, the two Aussies could be alright but they'll need time to gel, while a past it Mark Calderwood on loan doesn't exactly fill you with excitement. It's a shame, they're operating below the salary cap and there's clearly not enough money to support a successful Super League side. While Crusaders have the whole Wales thing to go on, plus the fact they're geographically near the North-West, Quins are looking like they'll permanantly be propped up by the RFL and their player base will be a revolving door of has-beens and youngsters on loan.

a round of decent line ups all pretty close but i think giants may well do my Tigers and sts will have a good game against salford, despite the lack of props, Bulls vs Wigan lookslike a cracker.

on a side note noticed salford seem to have dropped the "reds" tag and reverted to a traditional style club crest

St Helens must have some talent to call upon Dan?

We have a talented youth team but when it comes to the props in Super League, there's no substitute for experience. Louis McCarthy Scarsbrook is on his own tonight, unless we give big Tony P some pain killers as I've heard he's a bit of a doubt.

St Helens are DOMINATING Salford, didn't expect then to just rip them apart and Leeds are looking very strong against Hull and are looking like they could close the game out if they keep up the strong play.

Saints played really well last night by all accounts. However, Salford were rubbish. I said in my season prediction they won't make the top 8 and I firmly believe that. I don't think Sean McRae will be in a job come Monday morning, put it like that. As for Leeds, any win at Hull FC is a good win, especially so early in the season when teams are more even due to fitness levels and so on.

I have to say the Saints played out there skin and with wins like that from them it has me even more interested in the season. Tonight it Catalans vs Wakefield and i expect Wakefield to take this game fairly easily, the Dragons just didn't show up in Magic Weekend when they needed to so i don't expect them to win. The Huddersfield vs Castleford game i believe will be a good one, both good teams and ould go either way but i have Castleford winning the game but not by a huge margin, possibly a 4 to 6 point win.

First game at home of the season though,
If they get a decent crowd (which they should do - they're mad for the Dragons in Perp/surrounding areas) that could lift them a bit

Still expect them to lose though

Castleford are looking preety strong, only up by one Try but are teasing for another one soon.

Edit: Just converted a Penelty.
