Strettle excited to suck elsewhere

Yup,
I put him in the same category as Varndell, he's quick, and gets a lot of tries because other people put them into space, then they just hit the gas and get over the line, but then does very little else in the match.
He was naff playing for England over the summer, his only contribution was a poor attempt at a tackle on Hosea Gear, which led to Gear scoring a try (and Strettle was lucky not to get cited, as he pretty much just shoulder charged him, but bounced off)

In fairness though, if Chris Wyles can be considered a good player by the Saracens faithful, Strettle will be considered well above God, Lomu and even Ed Fairhurst after just 1 week...

I'm gonna miss strettle because, while he's not had the best couple of seasons, his good days are incredible.
Shame they're few and far between, so he's not the biggest loss.

Who would sarries starting wings be next season then? Cato and Strettle? Cato and Tagicakibau?

Last season it was Tagicakibau and Cato, so they may change one of them for Strettle this time round.

No it wasn't, it was Takithakiwackicackibowowow and Wyles. Cato was in such crappy form he was dropped down into the reserves and never saw the light of day again after round 5.

I wouldn't be surprised if the poor-relation isn't given he heave-ho to make way next year, so Strettle and Wyles can combine to make the weakest wing pairing in the league. Luckily for them however, Barrett should be capable of providing lots of space.

Or, if Goode turns out to be a flop at 10 and Hoogard becomes the regular stand-off, they'll never have to do anything, ever.
