Hey There.
First things first i guess.
Hi I'm Ben 17 going on 18 in a few months, I live in north east England, Newcastle to be precise.
I'm Heading back into rugby Union in January to play for north shields 2nds team.
Just wondering about a few things i should maybe look out for because i know the game can drastically change from playing Unders to playing Seniors.
Apart from the Bigger bad men and the harder beastings on the pitch what can i look out for or be vigilant for when stepping onto the pitch for my seniors Debut.
Oh By the way I'm a prop At about 6ft tall and 16-17 stone I know there is much bigger props about.
Also i would like to ask about support for my ankles I have "flat foot" so the doctor says and i had shoe insoles when i was younger but they didn't really help an awful lot so i'm wondering is there ways i could strap my ankle or any supports i can purchase to maybe help support my ankles abit.
Look forward to reading some reply's Also looking forward to any possible trolls ready to take the mick out of me but no worries all in good banter right?.
Cheers
Ben
