He isn't really a crash-ball or creative centre. He is decent sized (185cm, 95kg) and has a bit of pace, so really the average South African centre. I would imagine he is best at OC, and will probably push Bishop (unless his form improves). He should do well at the Pro12 level. He wasn't really used at S14 level, so we will have to see how he can handle Heineken Cup rugby. What kind of player is he? Haven't seen him play before, but from the picture he doesn't look like a crash-ball type centre, so is he a creative one?

Yes. They still need someone with some creativity in midfield. Between Dirksen, Beck, Bishop, and Watermeyer, you have very little variety of playing styles. So a little like the other three main centres the Ospreys have?
Oh, look at me, trendsetter!Well I've decided to join in too with a very poor effort
