Anybody knows a good recipe with lamb for Potjieskos? Having an all boys day this saturday. Some of the boys will bring some boboti

Red wine is a good route to follow as Hein suggested.

I myself love a ton of cream and a good quality ground pepper along with a good mix of mushrooms with a lamb pot. Maxed out with potatoes, onions (I like both quite chunky; not chopped to bits) and baby marrows, seasoned to taste and eaten with pot-bread and farm butter accompanied by a glass of Pinotage....

It's a bit rainy in the Cape ATM... damnit, I'm going to start with a pot sommer nou!

T! You can drive to Amersfoort... There's a shop there, Die Spens (www.diespens.nl) for all your SA food and beverages. Heard about it last weekend and I am going there next month.
