Ever heard of Ronan O Gara?
firstly I said tend to not all do so before posting **** please read throgh what other people have posted. Secondly I went into the finer points of the science of weight lifting to try to educate you on a topic which you show painfully little knowledge. And finally i suggest you look back on my first post on this thread then take a look at your posts and get editing.

I did not ask for any information regarding weightlifting I was basing an arguemnt around match strength and how people who spend months working in gyms expect to be on field supermen..which is utter bullshit..match strength is based around many other factors ..Courage, technique, determination and physical power.. so please go stuff your superior attitude ..and you might understand me more if you removed your head from your arse...

:iamwithstupid3jd: o dear you seem to have let your retardedness show again as i have already explained your physical strength DOES NOT CHANGE JUST BEACAUSE YOU STEP ONTO A RUGBY PITCH and physical strength is what i have obviously been talking about (thus the gym references) not once did i mention james haskell had better technique or more determination than nick easter not once. as for me explaining the finner points of weight lifing i seem to have an over powering urge to educate the dumb

That isn't the point.

Put it this way. 2 players on the pitch. Both BP at 100kgs etc. One is scared of getting injured. Which one is therefore likley to get injured. The one that is scared.

Steady on, old bean. Try to debate like adults, no need to resort to name calling. Also I'd kick the high and mighty attitude, it makes it hard to take anything you say seriously at all.

The fact that you are calling me retarded makes me laugh..I may not kow the finer points of weightlifting but I can assure you that you that by no means am I dim and if I was bothered about provig it to a gobshite such as yourself I would forward you a report regarding a test I took at a Phsycologists and we will see who thinks who is stupid then...

Now from what I can see you are argueing a point that I already have agreed is correct...what i am saying is that there is a difference altogether in a players ability to knock people around the place by being determined brave and using correct technique ..someone with a tiny tiny fraction of the larger players strenght could easily upend him with a tackle or handoff and so gym strenght should not be touted as the be all and end all of a player..

i know im new to this forum but i kinda think i agree with eot here even though both of u guys have pretty much just fallen into a ******* contest.

i agree good technique is certainly the most important thing in rugby ( i never said otherwise) i never said that james haskell was better at trucking over people than nick easter but simply that he is stronger

since you agree with me an i agree with u (shown above) then can we please end this "******* contest" no need to call people gobshite
