Scotland reach new highs in IRB rankings

Well champ if Australia beat New Zealand twice consecutively it would quite accurately indicate that Australia is the better team on form.

Yeah, but it means long term results mean nothing - a bit redundant to have a long points system, when it could easily be more simple.
