Scott MacLoud is set to make his Edinburgh debut against his former side having come through the A' game for Scotland last weekend.
Scotland players Simon Webster and Hugo Southwell have been released for this match as well.
The Scarlets recent form has been dreadful and they'll struggle again to find that against this Edinburgh side who despite missing many players always seem to play a threatening brand of rugby, add to that the fact that Parc y Scarlets hasn't exactly become a fortress for the Scarlets a home win would be more of a shock than an away one.
