I'd never heard of it until I just looked on that link, thats pretty bad especially as nobody did anything about it, I'm assuming nobody did? Things like that shouldn't happen, especially in modern day europe

It was a Dutch contingent operating for the UN in this case wasn't it? I seem to recall them losing a helluva lot of respect in the international community over it. Shocking event, if there has ever been a larger indictment of EU foreign policy I'm unaware of it.
