tough one. Anything that doesn't include the royal family and maybe god should be left out of it for the non religious. Should it be just for England or one to cover also Wales, Scotland and NI is another question. Probably one just for England, seeing as W, S and Ireland have their own,

I'm just suggesting (somewhat tongue-firmly-in-cheek I might add) that if you sing about the Queen (or King... I ain't sexist) or God (or Goddess )... you don't have to sing about the history of English cultural imperialism, which is pretty much their number 1 agenda since the Anglo-Saxons took the helm.
