Hey thats not what I was initially talking about. All I am saying is South Africa is not 5th best in the world. They only lost once not twice.

Never said South Africa didn't deserve to get there. I was just saying that that Wales probably deserved to be in the final in my opinion. You said they didn't because they lost twice not once so I said that another team that had reached the final, France, had also lost twice.

It'll be interesting to see what team's they'll put out. Will both go all out or will they give fringe players a chance? My bet is Wales'll go all out for this one, we'll want something out of this.

England missed out on the final 4 in 1987 and 1999, Australia missed out on the final 4 in 1995 and 2007, South Africa didn't participate before 1995.

France only missed out in 1991...

It's quite remarkable how France have been part of the final 4 ever since 1995 at the World Cup. No other team has been that consistent.

Credit to France for being good enough to do that but it also goes to show that the RWC (as prestigious as it is) is not a fair indicator of who really is the best team out there, thats my opinion.

I mean theres been teams who have won the world cup and then next year after lose, lose and lose just lose but they're the "world champs". The ranking system is better IMO, I mean if we go by the RWC placing, South Africa would be like 5th best in the world???...despite losing only one game, see thats the RWC for ya. Its a great tournament but its a tournament and doesnt tell the true story of how good a team really is.

However, I am going for the draw. I wanna see a drop goal shoot-out!

Jamie Roberts said something very cool about the 3/4 thing. 'Every time you wear your nations shirt you do it with pride, and you try to represent your nation with pride'. Pretty much summs it up for me. (not exactly what he said btw, forgot)
