RWC 2011 Demo - Official Announcement

They Have big balls to release a demo when it looks like Rugby 08.2 they must be very satisfied with the gameplay
 
tbh sticking with the 08 model gameplay was never going to be a problem, it would be impossible, not to only improve it.

They announced the demo before the trailer...
Why wouldn't they release a demo anyway? Gives everyone a chance to have a crack at it, and possibly show that the trailer is no reason to write them off.

plus releasing a demo would get more people playing the game and hopefully more will then go and buy it :) im just guessing.
 
apologies if its been said/asked.. will the demo be available like just after midnight tues night/wed morning? will time zones effect the time its available or anything? so desperate to have a go ill download 12:01 if possible!
 
I read somewhere the demo may not be availible in North America. Does anyone know if this is factual or not?

Kinda true, in Europe SCEE updates the store in 52 languages or something like that for all the different stores (their excuse why it takes longer) whereas NA's store is controlled by SCEA but tbh I doubt SCEA would hold back a demo.. sounds more like a SCEE thing to do :p

I think, think that is, AJ or someone said, PSN North America is different from other PSN but to stay tuned for demo info, but he did not say anything for xbox live. Hopefully it is available on both, but if not, do you have a 360 to? It comes out one day earlier on 360 anyways:)
It would be nice to know, rather then get our hopes up high, and then no demo come tues or wed.

There are 3 parts to PSN (well in relation to who controls the store) there is SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment America) They control USA and Canada, SCEJ (Sony Computer Entertainment Japan) Who control *Drumroll* Japan :p (and possibly surrounding area) and finally SCEE (Sony Computer Entertainment Europe) They control everywhere outside of the regions SCEA and SCEJ control so EU, Africa, Australia, New Zeland etc.

All are a part of SCE and are interlinked its just SCEA/E/J control when and what content they put up on the store :)
 
i know it gets released august 2nd on XBL but at what time and in what timezone??

For everyone who is asking the same question ...

Whenever Microsoft decide to release it is the time they will release it.
 
Well I'm a ps3 man, so hope you xbox folk can give us plenty of feedback in the 24hrs we have to wait!!!
