hello,
i am trying to find out about some studies regarding rugby...i mean university studies for a bachelor degree. studies that can help me become trainer or some official at a rugby club in the future. some studies where i can learn a lot about rugby, as i said, both coaching and management...or at least one of them. and it doesn't matter where is the university...europe, australia, new zealand...
i live in romania and i really want to start an adventure like this...going abroad first to stady rugby and than to practice. it is my dream and hope i can live it some day.
thanks in advance for your advice:)

Well, a simple start would be:
1) joining a club
2) helping out at the club
3) apply for a coaching course
4) coach
5) combine this with a bachelor/ master in sport.

Should get you somewhere. good luck

I know you can get degrees in sports management and coaching in the UK
You can also do various different courses organised by the RFU (or the union of whichever country your in) in coaching and refereeing to get better understanding of the game

thanks
but can you please tell me some names of universities where i can apply for mba? i've only found one university in wycombe england where i can do that. thay are related to london wasps rugby club and they say i can practice at wasps club. but i think there are more offers like that...unfortunatly it is very difficult to discover them

I don't know how the system works in the UK but if you want to apply for a MBA course in Belgium you first need to have a bachelor or master degree and pass an assessment. Don't know if you already have a degree.

yes i have a degree in sociology. not in sports. but it's a proffesional reconversion he he

Oh ok, good luck anyway, and who knows. Maybe one day you can fix me some tickets ;-)
