Looks good mate, the only thing I would suggest are some effects on the PSD to blend it in, as it is floating somewhat.

yeah it was only a rough cut espescially around the head needs work
heres an actual madden cover for comparison
i would have made jerry bigger but jerry's legs in the picture dont go any further down, source pic sucks and lost too much quality.

evol duplicate jerrys layer set the top one to overlay or color dodge and then for the bottom one go to image>adjustments>desaturate and enjoy!

My Irish version
Not as good as Evols, but I try.
With BOD, I used a grey Satin overlay in blending options, the messed around with the Saturation.

alright heres mine Florian Fritz
first player layer has
desaturate and a 3.0 gaussian blur which is faded using soft light
and the second layer is color dodge with image>adjustment>levels to darken it a tad.
