Rugby 06 Mods and Editors

Rugby 06 was a great game that unlike Rugby 08 went forgotten.
Is there some mods or a roster editor available anywhere ?
Woosah's editor is great for 08 but unfortunately, it's not compatible with 06 rosters.

Thanks man i really appreciate this,i will give it a go as soon as im at home,listen i want to ask ,dont know how involved you still are in 08 but is there a possibility you can show/help me change brain odriscolls gloves to no gloves,(hex editing)for some reason your editor does not change it when i switch it to off?

He may have been hard coded to have gloves, no idea. I did find all my code for 06, i think my code for 08 is there as well so will check it out.

OK, not sure if that is an old build that I put in or not...

you should open it and it should ask where you installed rugby 06 and where your .ros file is (as they are normally in different places) from there you should be able to use the drop down to pick a player or use the search function.

I am going to see if I can import it and convert it for you


If you need to reset where everything is just delete the setup.dat file I have there

Also what a mess that code is who knew that somebody would want this almost 20 years later

Dont think you realise the impact you made in theses games whoosah as corny as it may sound,your editors i think kept the game alive,will wait for you to convert it for me as mine still does not work.

Is there a video or info on Woosah's editor for 08. Have the latest 24 update, but would like to eddit some ratings. Rugby 08 is so good, and if your laptop or Pc has a hd out cable you can play it on a 55in screen, just discovered that last night. Now I just need to up the the rating of Thomas Albonoz and some other players on Benetton that are rated to low in my bias Argentine opinion. ,

Great stuff, yea funny, all this Rugby 25 interest has drove up Rugby gaming interest and brought old Rugby gamers out of the woods because we know the game we grew up with was great. I remember you from back in day Aswell. You have done so much for the Rugby gaming community, thank you. On that note did you have a link for the Rugby 2008 editor and how to use it?
