The Scarlets have secured six of their squad on new contracts, including Wales scrum-half Martin Roberts.
Once-capped Roberts, 22, made his Test debut in the autumn against Canada and has signed a new three-year deal.
Other rising stars to commit to Parc y Scarlets are locks Dominic Day and Lou Reed, centre Jonathan Davies and back-row Johnathan Edwards.
Meanwhile, the Scarlets have been linked with a move for New Zealand flanker Daniel Braid, currently playing in Australia for Queensland Reds.
The Australian newspaper reports that Braid is considering exercising an opt-out clause in his contract at the end of the season.
"Both parties went into the arrangement with the full realisation that at the age of 28, Daniel was pretty keen to look at a long-term arrangement with a UK club," Reds contracting manager Ben Whitaker told The Australian.
"If he does find that, he'll go. If he doesn't, he'll stay. It's definitely not an awkward position."
