Reply and posting screens

Hello Admins

Would it be possible to change the buttons at the bottom of the reply screen and posting screens

Instead of having

[Post Reply] [Upload File] [More Options...] on the first screen have

[Post Reply] [Preview] [More Options...]

[Preview] is a far more commonly used button than [Upload file] and its annoying always having to go to [More Options] to Preview. Besides which, [Upload File] is already on the second screen, it doesn't need to be on the first as well.
