Unavailable due to injury: Jared Payne (achilles), Luke Marshall (jaw), Jerry Cronin (neck), Declan Fitzpatrick (ankle), Ruan Pienaar (hamstring)

Pienaar is likely to be out for 4-6 weeks.

Cave ahead of Spence is the right call. Spence is talented but he can't pass the ball. Cave's superios footballing ability has him way ahead of the younger player at the moment in my view.

Connacht are throwing this game by the look of their team. Their flankers are **** poor, they've a debutant and a fullback in the centre, a winger at full back and AIL Division 2 standard halfbacks.

For which we can't thank them enough. We've been muck, the loss of Pienaar is enough to drive a man to drink, and I honestly don't think Connacht have had a better chance of breaking their Belfast hoodoo in ages - nor can I see a better chance arising too soon. I still think they might do it, but I feel a lot more optimistic for what I see. Providing the scrum doesn't wobble, we should have them up front, and from there...

Pack was much better, but thats to be expected considering the quality we have back. Still silly handling errors. Hope Ferris' injury isn't too serious!!!
