For many that do not know, Melhor Time has been quite busy since leaving the forum. He has been working behind the scenes on writing a new book all about Argentina and its rugby.

We have therefore kindly been granted a chance to have an interview with Melhor in regards to his book. You the TRF world therefore have a chance to send your questions in, be it on the book, Argentina hosting a possible World Cup or the rise of Argentinean rugby.

Melhor, what do you think are the realistic odds of Argentina making a successful bid? Will economic considerations possibly dissuade the Argentine government from making a bid?

-How can Argentina kick on from here? We saw them come so close to downing the Springboks, and now turn Wales over, what comes next? Simply playing NZ, Aus over again until a win, or drafting in new staff?
-What would be Argentina's best way to professional clubs? Super Rugby, South American domestic competition?
-Do you think any other South American sides will take a bigger interest in rugby soon, and try to emulate the Pumas?

Bom dia Paul! I want to ask you what are the real odds for Argentina in 2023, considering a possible postulation of South Africa? And the active participation of Agustin Pichot in pursuit of that goal may have some influence on the final decision? How big an impact do you think a successful bid would have on South American rugby

Would a successful bid to hoast the RWC earn another South American team a spot (like Ivory Coast in 1995?).

What are your views WRT the disparity between the number of votes on the IRB council- 'foundation unions' having 2 votes and others, including Argentina, only 1? How would this influence Argentina's chances to host the RWC event?

-There is a great deal of Argentine players in the Top14, do you think that we will see more in the future?

More a general question on the growth of rugby:

-After years of knocking on the door, the established tier 1 nations have finally accepted Argentina into a full international program. I believe we'll see Argentina become a superpower in the sport within the next 20 years. What do you think it will take for the powers that be in the iRB to show a more enlightened approach to helping the development of rugby in, say, Georgia, Russia, Romania, Japan, the Pacific Islands and North America and thus making rugby a truly global game?

Do you think holding WC in Argentina will have a big effect on the domestic championship(and by real I mean something we'll see in couple of years not 25!) ? also not related but I'm curios if Rugby is equally popular in all parts of Argentina or are there regions where its popular and other regions where they think its like handball with tackling?
