I have very little info about this yet.
I know NBA athletes, probably soccer starlets as well have a strict diet. In fact NBA guys have a PERSONAL DIETICIAN each....huh ! Watches what they eat, makes em some of their food etc...up in the am with them to make em a special breakfast...
D'you guys know of any restrictions/rules, stuff that players are absolutely forced to follow ?
I know pro Rugby players have beers a lot. I dunno how constant it is, like how consistently they really do drink, I'm sure there is *SOMEWHAT* of a lookout I mean, they ARE professional athletes and have to perform for 80min and be fit...
But you see guys in pubs, fan pics and stuff.....read they partied like crazy, hear them say themselves in interviews they're about to get hammered and all..
What about diet ?
And then, but this is nearly off-topic: I remember watchin smt on TV about boxers not ejaculating like two weeks before a fight. Keeps their strength more tightly and keeps the stress response more acute and vigilant. Because when you do release, your body immediately goes into a relax/cool mode...I'm guessing they DON'T think about that kinda stuff if they drink beers on the regular ! : p
But I mean, throw whatever info you've got about this at me, always interesting....anecdotes, stats, official documents, orange juice WITH PULP...wtvr you gotse.
