I think this is for another discussion but I sit back, confident that British cooking right now pound for pound is one of the most dynamic and exciting in Europe and that a visit to the likes of East Anglia, Cornwall or Yorkshire will convince you of that fact.

Anyway, back to marveling at the Balkans please, any culinary discussions please take them to another topic where I'm sure we'd be all happy to continue talking about food.
