I think most of these ratings are over the top (except White ! probably, why would his rating drop when he was the best 6 in the world at a time after the last game), most players in the 80s sounds alright as they are all skilled individuals I'm sure, but if you think of them in comparison to all the others and in terms of masaga etc being 8/10 that is a very very good player. Just a thought.
