i renamed the rdf file to the r2005 name and opened it with lazy chestnuts editor and got this

but that was the only name that came up.

I made a working prototype.

I found how to modify the basic characteristics (ie speed, lineouts etc)

I found how to modify common "special abilities" (ie Jumper,Tackler) but I don't know the logic behind it (apart from checking in the game and writing down a list of 250 players).

I didn't found the "Special star abilities". But you can put a star in a player name just by appending a "^".

Since I'm a bit overworked atm (I haven't played a full match yet!), I guess I'll release vert soon a basic editor and figure out the more advanced stuff later.

franchise mode is career mode. it is a multi-year feature with player contracts and training sessios. it has injury's and judiciary hearings for being sent off. It also had mid-season internation games.
