Petrol prices in your town...

Difference is that the state has to pay for roads, schools, infrastructures etc...Corporate pay the ceo and bond owners, period.

Now obviously the system is twisted and the state governments roll for themselves as wellm but that's another problem.

$3.74 per gallon in the south suburbs of Chicago. Downtown Chicago has the highest prices in the United States.

€1.52 for unleaded here and €1.49 for diesel.
Will cost about €70 to fill a 1.4litre car here. Heard too in Ireland they predict it could get good bit higher too. And Reading paper the government get 59% of it all what a joke

Where else do you expect them to get the money from? If you haven't noticed we have a bloody massive deficit and our national income is pretty bloody low.

I agree feic our country is battered financially just saying it alot of tax for a motorist to pay in a year compared to other sectors.

I saw that oil prices dropped 2% but the prices havn't come down yet.Why is that when oil goes up they raise the petrol prices the very next day arrrggghh.

The oil that's now in the form of petrol and sold to you was bought on the market months ago, this week's crude oil prices have no effect on the cost at the pump.

That said there's still a huge markup.

Have to refill tomorrow....Saw Prices driving past the Mace today....My heart is cleft in twain.

127.9 putting petrol in yesterday at home,

Comes to something when 127.9 feels like a bargain...

Thank goodness I have a company car!

My partners car though we have to fill up. But we only do that once a fortnight or so and even then we only do it after our shopping coz you can get some pretty good discounts on fuel. Spend $200 & you'll get 21c off per litter. Usually ends up being $10 cheaper.
