Perpignan sign South African centre

Injury-stricken Perpignan have signed South African centre Rudi Coetzee from Top 14 rivals Bourgoin on a short-term contract.

Coetzee, a former Bulls player, arrives as a medical joker for injured midfielders Maxime Mermoz and Jean-Philippe Grandclaude.

Strapped for cash, Bourgoin are selling their players thick and fast to fill their coffers.

The 29-year-old will however not be in the USAP team to take on his former Borugoin team-mates this weekend.
