The Ospreys have released winger Jonny Vaughton, prop Ross Davies, hooker Ed Shervington and scrum-half Liam Davies.
Vaughton, 28, is the most experienced of the four, having made 63 outings for the Ospreys - scoring 11 tries - since signing from Cardiff Blues in 2005.
Shervington, 25, is an academy product and has made 38 appearances since his debut in 2006.
Liam and Ross Davies both depart after just a season with the Ospreys, having signed for the region last summer.
Scrum-half Liam Davies signed from French side Brive, making four appearances in the early part of the season before going on loan to London Welsh.
Tight-head prop Ross Davies made just two appearances after signing from Sale Sharks, before a fractured fibula and ligament damage ended his season prematurely.

Disappointed to see Shervington go ... the lad preformed quite decently when he was called upon. Ross Davies looked a good prospect and I would not be surprised if someone like the Blues or Dragons pick him up. I also think Liam Daives was harshly treated I hope that the Blues pick him up to add some strength and depth at number 9.
