That much information coming in it's hard to keep up with it.

Well, bit of info for you. I've been invited to play a tournament of PES4 at Locksley's house some time in the next fortnight, so I'll let you know what it's like.

Thanks for your acknowledgement St Helens, your a top man!!
<

What do u think of your chances against Locksley??

I heard that he's a tough cookie to crumble!!
<

Locks doesn't fancy his own chances... it's his friend from SCEE who is unbeaten for 15 months that worries me!
<

LMAO!! Just hope u don't play his friend then!!
<

It'll probably put you off winning eleven 8 if u lose every game
<

good luck mate!

Got a magazine I get every month yesterday, and there are reports Konami are pulling out all the stops to get official club licenses in PES4 before its release date.

That would be amazing.

Now that would be AMAZING!!

Also Konami has signed Thierry Henry for the promotion of 'Pro Evo 4'
they also say he gonna be on the packaging.

Even if the CLubs arent lisenced the Sponsor editor seems to be fairly effective. Go here for some of the kits people have made: http://www.evo-web.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=23986

For thoe who can't be bothered I'll post some here. The arsenal O2 looks a bit small but aparently It cant be made bigger unless you sacrafice the nike tick.

Thanks for that.

Looks a lot of fuss though; I hope they manage to geth the licences anyway. It's about time they stopped being skinflints and got on with it.

St Helens...

Av u been to Locksley place to go on WE8 yet??
Not yet, waiting for word from Mr Locksley about that one

lol.

FIFA has licences, presentation and the like, and from powering up the console to kicking off, it is by far the better game.

That is where PES takes over. No stupid off the ball controls, button combos or easy goals. PES is slick, the players make intelligent runs, the ball bobbles/bounces/curves realistically, the long balls are crisp, the shots require timing, the tackles too are satisfying, the controls are sharp and responsive, one twos, lofted through passes and crosses are all deadly in the right situations. Stepovers, roulettes and dummies are all good ways to beat a defender if used by the right player and executed at precisely the right time.

Basically, the gameplay in PES is AWESOME.

Shouldn't any sports game have some sort of off the ball controls for the very very advanced?
