Hey everybody, my name is lydia. My boyfriend is really into rugby, and i also want to be a part of that. So i was thinking about playing rugby. But before i begin, i would like to know what muscle groupes i should train, to get stronger. I hope you guys can help me!

An easy to follow program is Wendler 5/3/1 BBB. As mentioned above the compound lifts are best to focus on but just be sure to have someone who knows what they are talking about to teach you the lifts. Add in some METCONs, sprints and Kettle bell work and you'll be on the right track.
