Matt Giteau.. the best inside centre?

Matt G indeed. But I think when Gavin Henson was in his prime he was a much better inside centre. Matt doesn't have the defensive ability of Henson. But I don't think Matt will be playing Inside for long, with Gregan gone.

He must be pretty good if the Western Force forked out so much money for him. He is pretty nippy and seems to be able to step through the first tackle a lot of the time. I think he would be even better if they kept him in one position - playing him at 1st 5 could upset the rhythm and set him back a bit.

Giteau is a good all round player. But frans steyn has impressed me a lot more as a inside centre. he just gave the bok backline a lot more flair

Felipe Contepomi is the best a the time, it is strong enough to break the defence line and score a try also he has a perfect ball handling and a very good kick to goal to sum up Felipe adn hernandez are the best cumple rugby could have

McAlistar is almost the complete package, excellent kicker,strong, line breaker, good at offloading in the tackle and has good pace. Giteau is a superb player but lacks a bit of brawn, these two are the two standout inside centres in the world though.

depending on who you are, who you support or where you're from you'll differ in opinion.
Luke Macallister, Fillipe Contepomi and others are awesome players also in there own right too.

I think that giteau is a great player but mc allister has also great talent and damien traille or yannick jauzion, especially jauzion can be considered as one of the best centres in the world

i agree. depending on where your from, you'll have your own views on who the best center is. my view is mcallistair. there will never be a unified decision where everyone will agree on who is the best. this argument could go on forever.
