How many other sides would be able to find enough room under the salary cap to sign an international quality player? Others would be forced to delve into the Championship or a Tier 2 nation for a cheap signing, but Leicester get a player who has started all Argentina's RC matches and been doing well against the world's best. The Tigers cheating is becoming a joke now, they have probably the best squad on paper of any team in the league and decent depth as well yet can still sign first choice Tier 1 internationals to it mid season.

Signings to replace long term injuries are excluded from the cap - think it's two a season or something.
