it depends if you want the best players in terms of skill level or in terms of ones who are consistenly playing in it and good in it because carr would never get ahead of bowe

Only one player from the runaway leaders of the league in that team. Mick O'Driscoll and James Coughlan can count themselves unlucky not to make that side.

Not a single Dragons player, there are definitely some stand out performers in our team this season who would definitely of been in with a shout if not nailed down, I'm sure supporters from other teams in the Magners will feel the same.

Aled Brew and Tim Visser should be the wingers, as they've scored the most tries. Simple as.Brew can count himself unlucky, while Toby Falteau would be the onmly real other name I'd campaign to have in there. Seeing Iestyn Thomas in the team is brilliant for a reason I can't quite describe in words.

Is this a joke. 1 Munster and well Coughlan should be in there as Heaslip hasn't played superbly in league. But I'd also mention McFadden because he had superb form and well it seems the selection team wasn't judging on the season as a whole.

This team looks as if has been judged to include H Cup and Internationals as well I think

I know Munster just have one player but Leinster are by far the best team this year, not Munster, and Munster are just so far ahead on top because they got knocked out of the H Cup early and didn't rest players on the same scale, and there aren't that many other Munstermen that shout out to be immediately included anyway

Two changes I would make would be:
Toby Faletau for Jamie Heaslip
Johann Muller for Alun-Wyn Jones
Paul James for Iestyn Thomas

Aled Brew and George North have done well this season, so has Adam Jones, who has kept on mincing many scrums again along with Paul James, but Mike Ross has had a good season too.

Psychic duck that is false because Munster had European games every time Leinster did. We've rested players like Leinster and in the head to head in ML we've 1 game each.
I'm not arguing Leinster aren't better team at moment and in Nacewa should have player of the year but fact are Munster have led for majority of season and are a country mile clear.
And in all that we get just 1 representative.
And you are 100% wrong because this team is judged on ML only and I just think it a bad selection not just for Munster but I thought maybe Ulster deserved more and Fionn Carr is in but he hasn't been brilliant this year

In theory it is a Magners League team, but Richie Gray for me is in for his international form

Sam Warburton has been behind Martyn Williams for most of the season for Cardiff, and was selected due to his international form

Think you could make an argument for Johann Muller to get in but thats about it from Ulster. Most of the other players haven't really played enough games (if Gilroy had played double the games he has, I think he'd walk in), had a lot of injuries (likewise Darren Cave) or saved their best for the HC (iHumph).

Heaslip can only wish he was as awesome as Faletau.
Carr over Brew? Tovey not at 10?
Come on...
