Leicester v Bath</div>

Given the game we had between these 2 sides at the same stage 3 years ago they'll be hard pushed to top that one but we can always hope.

Leicester will be hoping that history doesn't repeat itself as they look to stay on course for the double.

Bath will have Butch James available after he was cleared of stamping but Julian White is suspended following another red card last weekend against Sale.

Should be a home win but we all thought that 3 years ago as well.

Leicester: G Murphy (captain), Hamilton, Hipkiss, Vesty, Tuilagi; Flood, Ellis; Ayerza, Chuter, Castrogiovanni, Deacon, Kay, Croft, Woods, Pienaar.

Replacements: Davies, Cole, Crane, Newby, Dupuy, Erinle, J Murphy.

Bath: Abendanon, Maddock, Crockett, Hape, Banahan; James, Claassens; Flatman, Mears, Bell, Harrison, Short, Beattie, Lipman (capt), Faamatuainu.

Replacements: Hawkins, Ion, Hooper, Scaysbrook, Bemand, Berne, Higgins.

I wouldn't read too much into Bath's loss against 'Quins. They had played three games in eight days after all...

Don't think Leicester will balls up at home though. Even with the in-form Mauger out and with Murphy as captain.

There, now it's jinxed.

15-15 now, I have said it before and I will say it again, Geordan Murphy is a class act. The best player on the pitch.

Awesome end to the match. Break by the Dupuy in the 80th minute. Under the posts. Leicester win. I think Cardiff should win that semi though!

quality from Dupuy with that try certainly made the Bath defence look quite stupid but cracking finish to the match, how on earth did Vesty miss that conversion though.

Does Benny Hill style comedy suit the HEC?

Great fun, but how many cock ups?

Murphy cocked up twice - blocked drop out, and failed to control long kick out in his own 22 with three minutes to go. But Bath still decided to cock it up and give away 60m, and Dupuy cocked it up by not knowing there was no one there for the DG, before the Bath chasers cocked it up and left him a free run.

What a cock up.

I agree with shtove. Comedy of errors. I wish my side had a Dupuy to bring off of the bench though. Harry Ellis who?

James was awful. His poor performance lost Bath the game in my humble - and correct - opinion.

Vesty was superb. Flood can **** off. Banahan killing Murphy was the highlight of the game. That and Dupuy making the entire stadium and everyone watching at home look like a bunch of muppets.

If Cardiff compete well at the breakdown they will destroy Leicester.

Fairly mixed bag in performances for both sides, both made critical mistakes, which cost them to lose points, but it made it a fair performance, Bath will be disappointed with Butch James performance, as he needed to be on his A Game, and was nearer his F Game... Hape impressed me from a Bath point of view tackled well and read the lines well, seems to be learning the game well and next season could be an interesting one, made a superb tackle on Tuilagi.

In honesty Leicester played the better game just... and seemed to want it more than Bath. Should be an interesting Semi Final against Cardiff Blues, the winner of that Semi will be the winner of the Heineken Cup this year IMO!

Great finish to that one!

Feel for bath[/b]
Yeah so do I. It was a great team effort and in the end lady luck was not with them. Also their conduct at the 1990 Pilkinton Cup final was immaculate.
I think Ollie Barkley is a God amongst Men and if he was still at Bath he would of won the game for them today!
