Has anyone received a refund for physical tickets yet? I resold tickets on the portal a while ago... I sent the physical tickets back and they were received in Japan this past Friday. Just wondering if anyone knows how soon they let you know that the tickets have been received and the refund has been processed?

What's the problem?

I suppose we have been spoiled in the professional era with such good pitches. There is an expectation the grounds will be hard in Japan and play and encourage fast, attractive rugby. We await to see how the conditions of the pitches. Maybe not the extent it turns into a mud bath.
