Is your club full of cyclists?

We are on the lookout for an English and a Welsh rugby club to put forward 3/4 of their players who are keen cyclists to take each other on in an Anglo-Welsh cycling event. The event will either be the Dragon Ride on 8 June or the Wiggle Etape Cymru on 14 September. We can offer training up to the ride as well, so any club who has some keen cyclists amongst you feel free to give me a shout!

mmm....actually that's a distinct possibility..

Best bet is to contact the governing bodies rather than a 'general rugby forum'. I imagine they'd be happy to send out information regarding this event (especially if it's for a charity), then you could get full teams receiving the info and deciding to 'have a go'. Pretty sure about 90% of the people on here are now armchair fans/retired players.
If Wiggle are involved, then I'm sure they have contacts in the sporting echelons who can do a nice advertising campaign.
