I need some help, on this PC we run XP (old I know) with a ADSL web connection that is running at 4.9 mbps. However whenever I try to watch a video be it youtube or streams it runs really slowly or spends ages buffering.
A speed test tells me that it is downloading at 0.97 mbps and uploading at 0.38 mbps. Where is it all going? How can I get it to run faster?
