Hiya guys, just looking for advice with my injury. I quit 2 seasons ago during an injury to my shoulder causing it to pop out at every tackle and causing extreme pain and discomfort. Still to this day it's very painful and can play up. It still pop out continuously. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if there is any support to wear as I want to go back to playing as I was at my happiest on the field

Go see a medical professional to sort out your underlying issue, no one on this board can help you with that.

In terms of gear that is legal on a rugby pitch and worn on the shoulder it's pretty much strapping and/or shoulder pads.

If your shoulder is dislocating that easily, then there aren't many answers shy of surgery - which may or may not get you back to a state where you can safely play.
Otherwise, in terms of getting back on a pitch - any pitch; there are various forms of non-contact rugby that you might have to look at, typically involving tap tackles
