How do you get to the threads you "subscribed" to?

Only one other board I frequent as much as this one has a User CP feature that lets you go to your CP, and it will only list all the threads you have posted in (subscribed threads).

I am sure it is possible to have it setup as such, but for whatever reason I do not know how to do it.

Any help would be surely appreciated.
