why would the irb shut down my channel ahaha im not using it for my own gain

olyy ain't jealous, it's just the irb and big corporations often get vids taken off that use their footage.

they would remove it if i uploaded full footage highlights of the game its only a clip if i was using highlights of the game for my own gain then maybe
 
A member on here got his youtube channel shut down for having a compilation clip of Ben Foden (I think?) which happened to have a clip or two from the 03 WC and they shut him down

The IRB are really really really strict when it comes to using anything of theirs (even images of the Webb Ellis cup)

yeh he might of been promoting his channel saying subscribe etc. Which makes them think hes using it for his own benefit i havent put that also i put the Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976 which shows them im not using it for my own benefit put that in your videos it helps you from getting copyrighted

You could well get away with it now - the IRB went on a big spree of stuff like this in the run up to the RWC because they were launching their own channel with WC clips in and the such

ah ok i understand nah its not taking any credit from the irb i doubt they would upload those clips of ferris and healy anyway
 
they probably can't find it anyway. whenever i search for rugby world cup on youtube all there is are the rugby world cup daily vids and tons and tons of crap saying 'go to ................. to watch the games'

yep ****ing greedy ******** it dont matter anyway got some honors and 14,000 views in under a day im proud of that gives me some hope i can create a similar video in near future lol
