Heineken Cup 2013/14 Pool 4, Round 2

The amount of penalties being conceded at the breakdown is really choking this game. Its suiting Harlequins more in the second half, but not making the free flowing viewing.

Yes it is boring now....you get the feeling that ASM are sitting back and happy with what they have and are letting Quins come at them only to make mistakes. This approach could prove costly at some stage if tno in this game!

Clancy again being crap ref. The Quins would have deserved 1 or 2 yellow cards, he is penalizing Clermont without waiting for not releasing the ball several times but he does not do it when Quins do the same. he is not seeing that Quins get totally smashed on Scrums, he should have given back scrum to Clermont several times.

He is doing exactly the same.......
Well that shut the crowd right up.

No, I have just noticed the not consistent refering of this match.

I don't like Clermont

So yeah I guess the referee was fully consistent for you

Not liking Clermont, it is the same as if you were saying "I do not like rugby" because if there is a team in Europe that plays nice rugby, it is certainly Clermont

In work - can't watch.

What did he say (this time)?

Nothing in particular - he's just spouting **** again - although he did come out with a classic saying about Hopper and Walker "they are like doublegangers". <_<

You say, stadiums with stands near the field?

Yes, that and having much steeper stands.
It really amplifies the atmosphere.

FFR has passed a new ruling on British refs, if found any where in France before any games are to be kidnapped by the Taliban, not hurt but never released, that should sort out our little refs problem.

You could send them here to SA where we detain French refs but welcome British ones. It could work as a kind of prisoner exchange system with the understanding that they are not to return or face death on recapture in France and SA respectively.

We'll also send you Joubert if you can find Lawrence for us.

Llanelli are looking sweet! Congrats on a good draw.

Quins were fighting beyond their weight class, also lots of poor handling errors on a beautiful day in France, its unacceptable at this level, let alone Test match level. Form wise, the quins stars are not at the races and I'll be disappointed if Robshaw gets a look in. There's a world cup just around the corner, I don't think there is time to reinforce failure.

As far as Clermont goes, I think its more revealing that Clermont failed to really put Quins away. I'll never take 'em lightly but, I don't fear them either.
