Zebre vs Saracens - Saracens - probably 24pts to 3. without a try in sight Haha!

Toulouse vs Connaught - I think Connaught got a bit of a battering last weekend didn't they? So there may be a backlash, I gotta go with the french boys in France though. Wait for the return encounter though... Banana skin time....

hoping for a big statement from Toulouse here. They've had trouble looking mighty for long stretches, and this would validate that win in Wembley earlier this year against the Saracens. And they sure have the personnel to dismantle.
Allez le Stade Toulousain.

These Toulouse players look huge compared to the Connacht players. Fritz just bumped off Henshaw like a rag doll. 43 kg difference in the scrum. I wonder how Connacht will cope for the 80.

Connacht get the first 3 points though :)

it looks like Toulouse just don't want to play today.......so strange.

Seems like French teams have great players but lacklustre and no apparent game plans.

6-0 to Connacht at the moment but Toulouse don't look bothered.

I do believe that most all the teams have so many new players during the off season and so many changes between home and away that they do not have the same esprit des corps that the Premiership have. In addition, watch the speed of the French teams............they prefer a much slower game and you can go to sleep waiting for them to do a line out....and ntto sure they can cope or have the fitness when the opposition wants to play quickly!

Why do we even want to keep the Heineken Cup in place? The provinces would get more of a game against the Bruff seconds based on this weekend :p

Yea I've noticed the speed. Even around the rucks. Toulouse players don't seem to know their roles with guys having to come in and support cos someone isn't there etc. If they aimed at continuous recycling of quick ball their players would have a field day cutting the line. They have the players to cause a lot of damage if given the platform.

WHAT A HIT.

So Toulouse go into the break 7-6 up. Stand out Connacht player has been Heenan. Is he a project player or just over here for a taste of another culture? He's real good. I still don't get what there is to Henshaw? He's big and young. Other than that I don't see him developing into international standard? Happy to eat my words though if ever did somehow show some mad skillz.

update. Connacht butcher a try scoring overlap in the Toulouse 22 but they get the penalty to go 9-7 ahead.

update again. Connacht come flying back and nearly score a try in the corner! Gone to the TMO.

Don't know the rules about double posting but my previous post is getting super condensed with edits :D

Connacht got the try and are now 16-7 up AGAINST TOULOUSE.

Fantastic...............keep the posts coming!!

Holy **** Connacht with a length of the field try it seems. BP why not.

The new TMO protocols are ruining rugby. Refs are afraid to make a decision. It was especially farcical last week in the Leinster v Scarlets game.

The final pass was forward anyway.
