At the same time though I feel very sorry for the kid in the picture above. Sure it may be fun to redicule the morbidly obese, but the fact is he should be taken away from his family and put in foster care. His parents are killing him. It's worse than smokers with children and it's worse than beating your children. This kid is on the path to an early grave, and at somepoint, someone is going to have to step in and have an intervention.
