Gym

There is that temptation to bounce with the knees when doing military press, particularly when pressing your limits. I know I do it. I do like doing military shoulder press though, it is fun.

Doesn't dipping just make it a push press anyway?

Right, I'm off to the gym. Shoulder day, om nom.

I don't feel I dip enough with the knees for it to count as a push press but yeah, it's headed that way. Plus, it'll often only be the last couple of reps in a set I do it for.

Let's all make kick ass gains and transformations...

This is mine so far.

I bloody love arnold press - arguably one of my favourite exercises.

I too used to struggle with accidently-using-my-legs on military press - solved it by switching them out for push press  Figured they're more of a "power" movement, due to the explosive nature, so are more relevant to rugby.

I like how LN7's ************ shots have completely curtailed this thread.

edit: Wtf? Mas - tur - bation is filtered out here? Srs?

Learn something new every day I suppose.

In other news, today is chest day. Much as Abroham Lincon freed the slaves, I shall be freeing my pecs from the tyranny of lethargy.
