How do you add the referee kits to the game ?

The same way you add all the kits. Copy and past into : Rugby Challenge 3\data\pc\actors\player\strips
Remember to make backup of original files.

You could learn to do them, it's not hard at all. I'd do them but I don't even have the game installed anymore and frankly I couldn't careless about RC3 anymore. Just get photoshop and mod till your heart is content.
