Guinness Pro 12 2014/15: Round 10

I think this is a common misconception with Josh. He's the same height as Sam Warburton, but he is about 1/2 stone to a stone lighter than him (or at least he was at the start of the season). I still don't see Navidi as an out and out 8. He's excellent at 7 and 6 and his three MOTM performances have really come from his carrying and his work in the loose. He's also quick over the ball.

Great win for Cardiff, although its no coincidence that a full strength backline is chosen and the defence improves drastically. On average Cardiff have leaked 25 points per game in the league. To keep it to 9 is an improvement. Dragons back to back now should see the Cardiff climb the table a bit.
Not sure what happened with Ieuan Jones, but he was impressive for Newport and now for the Ospreys. Don't want him stagnating behind Baker once he is around again.

The back row for the Blues is the most competitive position by a mile.

Turnbull wants to play six and Maccauly cook is playing well but they both have been switching with second row. Navidi has been the choice with Sam at 7 until recently, and Vosawai was playing well as well at 8 until his ****le.

Then you've got Rory Watts-Jones, Miles Normandale and Ellis Jenkins all playing extremely well when the get their chance for the blues. I am a big fan of Rory Watts Jones following his performances against glasgow in last years HC. Ben Roach has been brought up from he academy to play the LV games as well. Ieuan was a fantastic signing, but I was surprised given that there is little chance to get game time.

I feel Ellis Jenkins will move soon as he is a big talent.

Turnbull is a poor flanker, and from what I gather he is a second row in the eyes of the staff. Normandale is a second row isn't he? Barely played it seems.

Ospreys looking lively! Great try finished by Biggar, and superb break form Beck nearly gives them another. Great to see Eli and Ashley on the field.

Hammett wants Turnbull to be moulded into a second row, I think this is his best position too. Cook is to lightweight for the row, that could be seen last night.

Ospreys looking very good in attack but conceding silly penalties.

My jury is out on Turnbull as a 6. He moved to Cardiff so he could play there, so he says. He's certainly played better at second row. Normandale is much like Cook in that he can play 6. Agree heh hasn't played much, but then it's a busy squad in and around those areas.

Point is, it'd be hard to drop Navidi or Warburton for Ieuan at the moment. In saying that I am sure he will get his chance when he comes back based on his performances.

What? Not even close to advantage over. Baldy wearing white underneath the purple.

Edit, Ospreys lucky to have knocked on earlier, saved them a try. They definitely deserve their lead.

Great second half from Glasgow yesterday. There has been something missing over the last few games for Glasgow, and I'm not saying that it's now magically all fixed but that was a much needed win after a few recent defeats.

That and I do love beating Munster.

@Will when I was looking at the squad for the Munster game it said that Stuart Hogg, Sean Maitland, Alex Dunbar and Adam Ashe missed out because off injury, do you know if they're injury will affect the six nations squad ?

Not that I know. The way I heard it the team changes were more down to Townsend being disappointed with a few of the players after the Toulouse game.

Well there wasn't much news about they're injury's so I guess that mean its not that concerning for Scotland or Glasgow.
