Guess the score conundrum

Hi All i have a moral dilemma. Did a guess the score sweep stake, winner takes all, on the wales Scotland match. Nine in at £5 each. we cannot agree who should win, can you help. These are the scores your vote please:

1)Wales 36 Scotland 20
2)Wales 31 Scotland 11
3)Wales 32 Scotland 12

Surely 2 & 3 have to split the winnings, as both predicted the same score differential. 1 predicted a closer match, so is out of the running.

3 > 2 > 1

Though, as suggested, 3 and 2 could split the winnings, or you could all evenly have your $7 back.

In the future it'd be best to have rules though Maybe, closest margin, then closest winning score as a tiebreak?

Number 1 36-20 is arguing that it is closest to winnig score, others are arguing the 31-11,32-12 better reflect the win. Although not very well, could have been a good shout if 15 had stayed on the pitch
