Glasgow v Munster</div>

Munster travel to Glasgow with a good chance of piling even more pressure on their ***al rivals by extending their lead to possibly 7 or 8 points come full time this evening.

Glasgow have been hit and miss so far this season both in Europe and the league from the performance at Toulouse to the defeat at Edinburgh, if the former shows up then Munster will certainly have their hands full and with only 4 of their Ireland contingent to call upon their task isn't made any easier.

Irish sides don't exactly have the best record at Firhill but given their recent form that could be about to change this evening.

Glasgow: Bernardo Stortoni; Lome Fa'atau, Max Evans, Ruaridh Jackson, Thom Evans; Dan Parks, Mark McMillan; Justin Va'a, Fergus Thomson, Moray Low, Tim Barker, Alastair Kellock capt, James Eddie, Kelly Brown, Johnnie Beattie.
Replacements: Dougie Hall, Kevin Tkachuk, Dan Turner, Calum Forrester, Colin Gregor, Jose Maria Nunez Piossek, Peter Horne.

Munster: Denis Hurley; Doug Howlett, Keith Earls, Lifeimi Mafi, Barry Murphy; Paul Warwick, Peter Stringer; Federico Pucciariello, Denis Fogarty, Tony Buckley; Mick O'Driscoll capt, Donnacha Ryan; Alan Quinlan, Niall Ronan, James Coughlan.
Replacements: Michael Essex, Darragh Hurley, Billy Holland, Tommy O'Donnell, Tomas O'Leary, Jeremy Manning, Kieran Lewis.

I'll be watching Fogarty and Coughlan with much interest. I'd like to be able to think that they're developing well.

Worried about the pack which seems to be far weaker than the usaul. I think that perhaps Leamy could have done with another full match before the big games coming up.

I also like the look of the Glasgow team. Should be a good match so long as it doesn't turn into an error fest.

not the best start for Warwick there, missing a kick in front of the posts, albeit 40m out.

great line from Evans and easy finish for Fa'atau, nice way to mark his return to the side.

Parks not connecting too well with that conversion effort, not the best start for the kickers.

nice pass from MOD to set up Ronan but yet again missed tackles costing Glasgow.

Munster asleep from the kickoff there, conceding the penalty and not being awake to the quick tap, and the try is indeed given.

bit harsh on Hayes for pointing out Quinlan there, he got straight back up to his feet and yet he still pings him.

that's 7 very gettable points missed there for Glasgow, can't be giving that to a team like Munster even without their internationals.

quality tackle from Howlett on Stortoni, had him lined up in fairness but still nicely done.

should be a penalty ref, how many times do we see a team playing the ball in front of a knock-on and not being pinged for the penalty.

and it ends up costing Glasgow more as the break from Warwick off the scrum sets up Earls for the try. Again questions over the Glasgow defence.

poor call to go for goal there given how he's kicking, should have gone for touch like he did after missing his last kick, found a quality touch that time as well.

Earls won't be too pleased with his defensive efforts so far, Coughlin in the bin now and Parks should finally get his first kick of the night.

Glasgow can have some complaint, did look like a high tackle by Quinlan but then good ensuing defence from Munster.

Warwick fails to extend the lead from the penalty but still though they'll be reasonably pleased to be going in with a lead at the break.

14-13 Munster HT

too much on that chip through from Stringer there, timed it better and it would have been game over for Munster.

that's a quality kick from Warwick there, setting up a great position for Munster to finish this off and get the bp

FT Glasgow 13-26 Munster

Match died out once Munster got the bp try, they won't be caught for the league now given the amount of home games they've left.
