British and Irish Lions prop Gethin Jenkins has told Cardiff Blues he wants his future to be sorted out soon.

The Blues want to move quickly and get him signed up on a nice long contract to tie him up for the rest of his career, quality player, possibly the best in the world in his position many would say. Would love to see some ambition from the Dragons to try and snatch him from under the noses of the Blues.

Yeah, I'd love to see him as a mentor for Watchurst and Buck.
I think I recall hearing that he is the highest-paid rugby player in Wales, so unless Matthews is feeling charitable it might be out of our price range.
